Ronjon Nag is Adjunct Professor in Genetics at Stanford Medicine where he teaches AI, Genes and Ethics. He is the 2024 Silicon Valley Engineering Council Hall of Fame Inductee. He has been the founder, advisor, board member, and part owner of some 100 AI and Biotech start-ups, and has sold his companies to Apple, BlackBerry, and Motorola, and is the founder of R42 Group, an AI and Life Sciences Venture Fund. He has a BSc (Birmingham), an MS (MIT), and a PhD (Cambridge).

Prof. Debasish Sinha, Ph.D.
Debasish Sinha is Professor (PAR) and the Frieda Derdeyn Bambas endowed chair Professor of Ophthalmology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Prior to this appointment, he held a tenured position as Professor and the Jennifer Salvitti Davis, M.D. Chair in Ophthalmology Research at the University of Pittsburgh's Department of Ophthalmology. Throughout his career, Dr. Sinha has led numerous research projects funded byNational Institutes of Health (NIH) and has also been funded byseveral private Foundations, as well as Bayer HealthCare, Germany, Astellas, Japan and F. Hoffman-LaRoche Ltd, Switzerland. He is a member, Board of Trustees, Association for Ocular Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Member, Scientific Advisory Board, Foundation Fighting Blindness, editorial board member for the journal Autophagyand holds several national and international patents.In 2017, he was named the Dr. Bireswar Chakrabarti oration awardee, the highest honor bestowed by the Indian Eye Research Organization (ARVO-India Chapter). He has also received the Sybil B. Harrington Special Scholar Award for Macular Degeneration, the Catalyst Award for Innovative Research Approaches for Age-related Macular Degeneration, and the Carolyn K. McGillvray Award for Macular Degeneration Research. In 2021, his work in AMD research was further acknowledged with the Wiegand Entrepreneurial award.

Dr. Arkasubhra Ghosh, Ph.D.
Dr. Arkasubhra Ghosh, a gene therapy expert, earned his PhD from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed postdoctoral work in Singapore. He founded the GROW research laboratory in 2013, focusing on genetic mechanisms and therapeutic targets. Dr. Ghosh specializes in AAV vector development for various diseases and co-authored India's first National Guidelines for Gene Therapy. He established India's first cGMP grade AAV vector manufacturing facility and has published extensively. His research has been supported by prestigious grants from organizations such as the Wellcome Trust-DBT, ICMR, DST-SERB, and various industry partners including Johnson & Johnson, Hoffman La-Roche, and Agilent.

Ms. Stacey Hose, a Senior Laboratory Manager at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, brings over two decades of expertise in ophthalmology research. Her extensive experience encompasses managing the intricate daily operations of a translational research laboratory and contributing significantly to publications focused on dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD). She also serves as the primary liaison for industry collaborations with prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Astellas Pharma, Bayer Healthcare, and F. Hoffmann-La Roche, facilitating seamless communication between corporate partners and the research group. Stacey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College).
